What is the rental fee and what does it include?

Rental fee varies, due to which packaging you select. All rentals include tables and chairs.

How many people can your location accommodate?

With approximately 6.000 sq. ft. + loft space to utilize with indoors, we can easily accommodate up to 400 guests, but we only provide seating for up to 100-150 guests depending on design.

What dates are available?

Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? 

Yes. A non-refundable retainer of fifty percent (50%) is due at the contract signing, with the balance due two weeks prior to your event date. If the booking is less than a month away, full balance will be due at the contract signing.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees, but we do require a $500 security deposit and event insurance.

The security deposit will be due no later than one month prior to the event. One Roof will determine if there is any excessive clean-up or damage done to the property as a result of your event and, if necessary, the security deposit will be applied towards any needed repairs. 

At One Roof, we do require you to secure event insurance. This policy is to protect you, the renter, from any potential issues that could arise if a guest were to injure themselves during your time at One Roof. 

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date, visit our website www.oneroofbg.com and fill out our quote questionnaire including your event details and you’ll be contact within 24-hours. Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit One Roof Event Space. You can request a tour (or a Facetime tour, if you live out of the area) but an in-person tour is not required prior to booking a date. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process from us by requesting a quote on our website first for a specific date, will be the first in line.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only.

Will there be another wedding the same day?

At One Roof, we only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couple's event is special and receives our full attention.

What tables do you have available and what size are they?

  • 10 Banquet Round Tables (4 ft)
  • 10 Banquet Rectangle Tables (6 ft)
  • 100 Folding Chairs

Do you provide table linens, cups, and silverware, etc?

No. One Roof Event Space provides an awesome venue, tables, upgraded wedding chairs, and decor for the allotted amount of time. You are also welcome to bring your own linens.

We plan to have our ceremony offsite, or only plan to have our ceremony at One Roof. Does your fee change?

Because we only host one event per day, our fee structure remains the same whether you hold your ceremony, reception, or both on-site. 

What about parking?

Our venue offers ample parking, and there is plenty of parking downtown Bowling Green free of charge.

Is there space for me to get ready?

We offer a bridal dressing room for the bride and bridesmaids. Grooms can get ready off-site. Bridal dressing room offer comfortable couches for relaxing with a television, mirrors with a bar and stools for hair/makeup, and a tall mirror with a hook for the bride’s gown. Both dressing rooms are heated and air conditioned.

Do you have adequate restrooms?

One Roof offers 2 restrooms that are handicap accessible.

Can you host winter events?

Absolutely! One Roof is equipped with heating and ample, beautifully decorated indoor spaces to accommodate winter weddings and holiday parties.

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly.
